Harvest 2016... Times they are a changin'
In all the eight years that Sarver has called the little hill at Elhanan its home, never have the grapes been pulled from the vineyard so early. Now this can be attributed to many things, but none can be considered more of a factor than the sheer lack of water. Despite seeing more moisture above ground than the previous three vintages, the water problem still lies deep underground. Ground water stores near our vineyard do not recover fully during the winter when faced with such excessive heat and drought. In turn the vines are still experiencing the same drought below the surface if not more than years before.On the positive side, the fruit is lush, unique and concentrated and despite being nearly a month early to harvests in 2011 and prior it is mature and perfect for the picking. Autumn happenings
We'll be providing the most unique tasting experience in the South Willamette, with regular offerings of food throughout the fall and winter. Mirepoix food cart will be presenting multiple wine dinners and collaboration dinners as well as regular food cart services Fridays and Saturdays throughout the off season. Join us around the fire pit as we swap stories and enjoy fine wines, delicious foods and create new memories for seasons to come!

Open 7 days a week through Thanksgiving weekend
Sunday - Thursday 12 - 6 pm Friday and Saturday 12 - 8 pm Reservations required for groups of 10 or more, please give at minimum a 48 hour notice.


We invite you to explore the world of cheese each week as we highlight a different selection from the far reaches of the globe. Or choose from some of our old standbys which range from old world to new. In addition, we offer lovely old-world salamis, patés, and freshly baked baguettes. A local brew is always on hand for the customer who prefers grains over grapes!
