Spring is just around the corner...
The winter has been much kinder to us this year, which has given us the jump on the vineyard. Nearly completed with our pruning efforts, we began the next step of removing the old and making way for the new. In addition to our brand new winery, we will also be expanding our quaint little tasting room! Though modest in comparison to the winery, the new addition which will be completed by Memorial day weekend will give us much more room for all of our guests and friends. An expanded bar, and additional patio space, will guarantee a seat for everyone . . .

50th Anniversary of Pinot Noir in Oregon

2015 Marks the 50th anniversary of Pinot Noir in Oregon, though there is some speculation on the oldest vines, the entire Willamette Valley is joining together in celebration of this great grape. Keep an eye out for special tastings of our library Pinots dating back to Sarver Winery's inception. Also coming soon, we have blended and bottled our very first Pinot blend, which should be available in the Next Wine Club release.

We are proud to present our 2014 line-up and pour a broad range of fine wines. Enjoy the expressive nature of our classic Estate-grown Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir series made from our 25-year-old Willamette Valley vines, and explore the realm of full-bodied, complex reds. Please refer to our wine page for our current offerings.
