We are proud to present our 2011 line-up and pour a broad range of fine wines. Enjoy the expressive nature of our classic Estate-grown Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir series made from our 25-year-old Willamette Valley vines (including an enigmatic Pinot Noir Rosé!), and explore the realm of full-bodied, complex reds including our 2009 Syrah, 2008 Cabernet, and 2008 Petite Sirah. - When shopping Eugene's Holiday Market this year, make sure to stop by and say hello. We'll be pouring tastings and selling Sarver cheer in the Farmer's Market area!
- Harvest is completed and we are happy to report that the growing season came around, the grapes came out on top, and the 2011 Oregon vintage looks very promising on many levels.
- The Wine Club is on a roll. We are so pleased to meet you all, and one can't beat making new friends while sharing Willamette wine and valley views . . .
EDIBLES
We invite you to explore the world of cheese with us and have a wonderful selection from which you can choose. In addition, we offer lovely old-world salamis, patés, and freshly baked baguettes. All cheese plates are garnished with special accoutrements. A local brew is always on hand for the customer who prefers grains over grapes!
