WINERY NEWS

The 2016 Vintage at Sarver is underway. . .
A nearly normal start to the season has got things moving forward at a more reasonable pace this year. Though spring flowers are popping up everywhere in Elhanan vineyard these old vines have yet to show a blossom of their own. In a few short weeks we will begin to see this vintage's potential as the heat of the summer settles in and fruit set takes place. Along with all the spring time splendor, we are now pouring the season's favorite flavor, Rosé! Be sure to get yours before it's gone. Cheers.

Memorial day weekend
We're kicking off our Summer series this Memorial Day weekend with a classic pairing, wood fired pizzas and live music! Friday night we'll be welcoming the Joanne Broh Band, hot blues licks and music you can get up and dance to. Saturday afternoon, Daniel and The Blonde will be playing us a folk inspired set with a few old favorites and lots of originals. Sunday we're welcoming a new group to the Sarver stage with a unique sound that will pair perfectly with a relaxing afternoon on the patio. Le Master Abrams duet is one with elegance and heart, cello and acoustic guitar are their weapons of choice, but you won't be going to war with their sound, just sit back relax and enjoy 2- 5 pm. Monday afternoon a returning favorite, Will Brown will be on stage playing his unique acoustic and slide guitar from 2 - 5 pm.

Open 7 days a week beginning Memorial day
Sunday - Thursday 12 - 6 pm Friday and Saturday 12 - 9 pm Reservations required for groups of 10 or more, please give at minimum a 48 hour notice.

CHOW

We invite you to explore the world of cheese each week as we highlight a different selection from the far reaches of the globe. Or choose from some of our old standbys which range from old world to new. In addition, we offer lovely old-world salamis, patés, and freshly baked baguettes. A local brew is always on hand for the customer who prefers grains over grapes!
