What a year it has been!
As the rains begin once again, we look back at the year with awe and wonder. Each year brings new surprises and new fruits, each adding their own story and character to the end product. Whether that is happening in the vineyard, the winery, or the tasting room, the evolution of the story of Sarver is inspiring and humbling. Though we set out each year with tremendous hope and determination, we are still always at the mercy of Mother Nature. Whether it be her wrath or her blessings she leaves her mark on the fruit that will remain to the day that it is drank. So raise your glass and give thanks for the year behind us and bright wishes and hope for the future. Happy holidays! .

Coming this Winter. . .
Chris and David are hard at work in the winery preparing our first round of 2016 bottling. First up, Pinot Gris and Rosé. These initial bottlings' are earlier than ever for Sarver winery due to the extremely early 2016 Harvest. The wines are uniquely supple and with character more in line with the 2012 vintage than the more recent vintages. Plans to bottle our Semi Sparkling Muscat are underway as well, and this year's vintage is a pleaser. Classically fragrant aromas with just the right amount of sweet to retain body and texture without over powering the sensitive palate. Look for our sparkling in the late spring/ early summer. Cheers!
