Sarver Summer Series...
Our Friday night Summer Series is in full effect with loads of local music and food paired with a glass or bottle of Sarver vino with a view! Music starts at 6 pm until mid August where we will start a little earlier to make up for the lack of of sunlight. But what we lack in sunlight we make up for in ambiance. Wood fired pizzas, BBQ, and of course cheese plates a plenty are available but your always welcome to bring a snack of your own too. Be sure to grab a seat early cause they're going fast, or show up fashionably late with a chair of your own we've got room for you. Cheers!

In the Vineyard...

2015 is turning out to run a similar path as our previous vintage but a heavy fruit set means bigger more plentiful fruit and the sun has been our best ally in ripening this bumper crop. Our best wishes for a mild fall to help get this beautiful in our of the field into our newly finished winery. This year marks our first vintage of Estate wine made on site, and we're more than excited to share it with all of you. This fall we'll be offering tours of the newly completed facility as well as exclusive barrel tastings and visits with owner and winemaker Chris Sarver, and a chance to see Sarver Winery in action.

6th Annual Lowland Country Boil

Join us Friday September 18th at 5pm for a classic country shrimp boil and live music with Corwin Bolt and The Wingnuts. 35$ Gets you entry, a glass of estate grown wine, a bowl of delicious chicken gumbo and cornbread and a hearty feast of the Cajun shrimp boil. The boil includes heaps of potatoes, corn, jumbo shrimp, sausage boiled in Cajun spices and seasonings and if one helping isn't enough there's always plenty for a second round! Purchase tickets over the phone or in the tasting room. Les bon temp rouler!

Enjoy the expressive nature of our classic Estate-grown Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir series made from our 25-year-old Willamette Valley vines, and explore the realm of full-bodied, complex reds. We invite you to explore the world of cheese with us and have a wonderful selection from which you can choose. In addition, we offer lovely old-world salamis, patés, and freshly baked baguettes. All cheese plates are garnished with special accouterments.We are now offering new cheeses every week so each visit can have a unique snack that is designed to dance perfectly with our small batch hand crafted wines. A local brew is always on hand for the customer who prefers grains over grapes!
