SARVER | CURRENT OPERATIONS
At this time we will be seating on the patio only to comply with social distancing standards. Below is a set of guidelines as we move forward. The measures put in place are to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you up on the hill.
We will be SEATING ON THE PATIO ONLY. We will not be taking reservations at this time. The tasting room building will be closed to the public. If you need to use the restroom, there is a portable restroom located just outside the tasting room. It will be supplied with both disinfectant and hand sanitizer. If no seating is available, or in inclement weather, curbside pick up is always an option.
Due to limited seating we ask that you keep your stay to a two hour maximum.
We will be selling bottles and glasses of wine only, at this time we are not offering wine flights. Please check in with us via our website and social media pages for updates during our re-opening.
We will be using plastic cups, therefore we encourage you to bring your own stemware, or you may purchase a Sarver wine glass for $5, to take with you.
Placing Orders: Please start in the Sun Room of the tasting room to begin your order. At this time we are doing counter service only.
We ask that you wear masks while moving about the property. The tables will be situated with plenty of distance, masks not necessary while seated.
Also, please bus your own table when departing. To ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the space at Sarver Winery we ask that you follow this guideline. Abiding by these guidelines work to ensure and reinforce staff and public safety, thank you.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP & SHIPPING
Curbside orders can be placed and picked up Wednesday through Sunday. We will be taking orders through our Tasting Room phone line at (541) 935-2979. As we are not accepting cash at this time, all payments and orders must be made over the phone to limit exposure and maintain proper safety standards. Once your order has been placed, your bottles will be packaged, labeled and waiting for you. Give us a call when you have arrived and we place your order in our Sun Room!
