2nd Annual Lowland Boil featuring The Voodoo Mountain Zydeco Band!

Saturday, September 17th beginning at 6pm! Back by popular demand, Hector and Gino are returning to recreate the Cajun Lowland Boil! This is a scrumptious pot of food with loads of shrimp, sausage, corn, and red skin potatoes seasoned in a spicy Creole style and served with garlic aioli and spicy brown mustard. A real Louisiana feast and all you can eat! We are also happy to have Brian Chevalier and his 5 piece Voodoo Mountain Zydeco Band to help you get your Cajun groove on! A Midsummer Night's Dream

Join us Saturday, August 13th starting at 6pm under a full moon at Sarver Winery for an unforgettable Mediterranean affair. We will be serving an exquisite buffet filled with Greek inspired wonders including Grilled Za'atar Chicken, Spicy Feta Spread, Lamb & Shrimp Kabobs, Crisp Cumin Potatoes, Tzatziki, Tabbouleh, Dolmas, Sandy's Greek Salad, Grilled Pitas, and an array of Middle Eastern inspired spreads and sauces. You will be in the capable hands of our resident chef, Sandra Wells, so some adjustments may be made, but I promise deliciousness!

Steak and Sarver Caesar Fridays w/ Live Music

Our steak nights have been such a hit we are continuing every Friday through September 23rd!

Ian is firing up the grill on Fridays through September 23rd from 6-9, preparing Black Pepper and Sea Salt New York Strip Steaks to your liking with homemade garlic mashed red skin potatoes, and our famous Sarver Caesar salad. Please call in your reservation by noon on the previous Wednesday so we know how many steaks to prepare. Sunday Afternoons with legendary bluegrass musician Mark Ross

Join us on Sundays from 4-7pm and treat yourself to music by Mark Ross. His talents are broad, so prepare yourself to be entertained with his fiddle playing, dobro, banjo, or guitar. Feel free to bring along your own instruments and join in!

October Wine Club Release

We will be hosting a club release Saturday, October 1st. Chris will be conducting tours of the vineyard during the afternoon, followed by a member potluck. More info to come . . .
