Gourmet Pizza and Live Music on the First Three Fridays of each Month
Beginning Friday, June 1st thru the 2nd week of September we’re firing up the grill and the tunes. Ian will be preparing gourmet pizzas on the first 3 Fridays of each month. Pizzas available from 4-9pm, music starts at 6pm. No reservation necessary, and, as usual, you can also bring your own picnic, or order off of our bar menu.
Steak and Sarver Caesar Dinners with Live Music on the Last Friday of each Month
Back by popular demand, our black pepper and sea salt New York Strip or Rib Eyes topped with gorgonzola compound butter, and served with garlic and sour cream mashed red skins and homemade Caesar salad. You bet! Reservations necessary, so call ahead. All reservations must be in my noon before the last Friday of the month. Again, you have the option to order off of our bar menu or bring up a picnic, if you would like. Dinner served from 6-9 pm, music 6-9pm.

SATURDAY, JULY 28TH 6-9PM RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. Make sure to get you reservation in early for our 2nd annual Midsummer Night’s Dream Gala and Mediterranean Potluck. The event is free, but a delicious Mediterranean dish to pass is required! Please indicate with the bar when making your reservation what you dish you will be bringing so that we can ensure a variety of good stuff! (Oh, and don’t forget your Roman attire . . .)
A Midsummer Night’s Dream
Join us Saturday, August 13th starting at 6pm under a full moon at Sarver Winery for an unforgettable Mediterranean affair. We will be serving an exquisite buffet filled with Greek inspired wonders including Grilled Za’atar Chicken, Spicy Feta Spread, Lamb & Shrimp Kabobs, Crisp Cumin Potatoes, Tzatziki, Tabbouleh, Dolmas, Sandy’s Greek Salad, Grilled Pitas, and an array of Middle Eastern inspired spreads and sauces. You will be in the capable hands of our resident chef, Sandra Wells, so some adjustments may be made, but I promise deliciousness!

Ian is firing up the grill on Fridays through September 23rd from 6-9, preparing Black Pepper and Sea Salt New York Strip Steaks to your liking with homemade garlic mashed red skin potatoes, and our famous Sarver Caesar salad. Please call in your reservation by noon on the previous Wednesday so we know how many steaks to prepare. Sunday Afternoons with legendary bluegrass musician Mark Ross
Join us on Sundays from 4-7pm and treat yourself to music by Mark Ross. His talents are broad, so prepare yourself to be entertained with his fiddle playing, dobro, banjo, or guitar. Feel free to bring along your own instruments and join in!
